Leah Wojewoda
Founder and Managing Broker · LW Triumphs Commercial Real Estate · Johns Creek, Georgia

Fourteen years here.
Both sides of every deal.
Leah Wojewoda is the Founder and Managing Broker of LW Triumphs Commercial Real Estate, advising clients on the leasing and sale of commercial property across greater Atlanta and all of Georgia.
Her career has been built in close collaboration with business owners, investors, tenants and landlords — enough of it to know that two clients with the same square-footage requirement rarely need the same deal. She starts by getting clear on what the client is actually trying to accomplish, aligns the strategy to that, and then runs the transaction with precision and transparency.
Representing both tenants and landlords gives her a dual perspective most brokers never develop: she can anticipate risk, spot opportunity, and address the friction points before they slow a deal down. Paired with real market knowledge, that balance is what produces practical outcomes in complicated negotiations.
Leah's path into commercial real estate ran through accounting and finance first, and that background still shapes how she works. She reads a deal the way she once read a balance sheet: carefully, and all the way to the bottom line. That's what makes her more than a broker to the clients she works with — she's someone they lean on for advice on structure and strategy, not just the transaction in front of them. It's also why she keeps her client list small on purpose. When you hire Leah, you're not handed off. She's the one who tours the property, digs into the lease, structures the deal, and sits across the table when it's time to negotiate.
Success isn't the closing.
It's what happens after.
Commercial real estate transactions are rarely simple, and the right answer changes from one client to the next. The focus here isn't just completing a deal — it's helping clients make decisions that hold up over the long run.
My work is built on relationships, trust, and a clear understanding of this market. I take the time to learn what matters most to each client and tailor the approach to get them there.
I've worked across enough industries and enough sides of a business — finance, accounting, leasing, ownership — that I usually recognize the pressure a client is under before they've finished describing it. A medical practice, a distributor and a restaurant are three completely different problems wearing the same square footage, and having sat with all of them is what lets me get to the real question quickly.
At the end of the day, success is measured not by a signed lease, but by whether the client moved forward with confidence.
