I'm Leah Wojewoda — Founder and Managing Broker of LW Triumphs. I help business owners, tenants, landlords and investors across greater Atlanta and all of Georgia lease, buy and sell commercial space with clear strategy and no guesswork.

Commercial real estate decisions aren't one-size-fits-all. My work begins with a clear understanding of what you're actually trying to accomplish — then aligns the strategy to that, and navigates the transaction with precision and transparency.
Every engagement takes me down a different road, and ultimately toward a different triumph for the client.
The person across the table at your first consultation is the same person who searches the market, walks the buildings, reads the lease line by line, and negotiates your terms. Nothing gets handed to an associate.
I keep the number of active engagements small. A decision that shapes your business for the next five to ten years shouldn't be competing for someone's attention — and this is the only way I know to make sure yours never does.
Representing tenants and landlords means I can usually anticipate the questions, priorities and negotiation points before they surface. Fewer surprises, better information, stronger position.
A background in accounting and business means financial review, deal structure and lease economics get the same scrutiny as the location and the layout.
Most of my clients are industrial and warehouse users — but the work spans office, flex, retail and investment property.

The right space is more than a location. I help you evaluate real options, understand what the lease terms actually mean, and negotiate an agreement that still works in year seven.
Position the space correctly, attract tenants worth having, and structure leases that support the long-term value of the property — not just this quarter's occupancy.
For investors and owner-occupants: evaluating opportunities, reading market conditions, and navigating the purchase or sale with the underwriting done properly.
The best outcomes usually start earlier than people expect.
These are the submarkets I work most often — the practice covers greater Atlanta and the whole state. Somewhere else in Georgia? Call anyway.
I give Leah 5 stars — she definitely deserves it. Leah is knowledgeable, patient, caring, and will work to get you the best deal. Before meeting Leah I was so frustrated with finding a commercial space, but when she came along it was the best thing that could have happened. I found a space and I'm preparing for my grand opening.
Leah was instrumental in helping me find the perfect location for my new medical practice, and in negotiating the terms of my commercial lease. I can't thank her enough. She's awesome!
Leah was a pleasure to work with. She was available, attentive, helpful, responsive, and a genuinely nice person. She was able to take our requirements, generate options, provide feedback and suggestions, and eventually find us the space that worked for our needs.

Thirty minutes, no obligation. You'll leave the call knowing what your options actually are — whether or not we work together.
